Leadership

Patrick Molyneaux

President & co-Founder, MBA, CPA

Pat is a devoted husband to Andrea and father to Thérèse. He is co-owner of Molyneaux Home, a chain of home improvement showrooms in Western Pennsylvania. Over the past 33 years Molyneaux has grown from $2 million in revenue to $30 million and ranks in the Top 100 of home improvement companies in the United States. Pat’s Christifideles Laici inspired vision is to help renew the temporal order by bringing beauty and joy to all that Molyneaux touches.

He is a cofounder and entrepreneurial catalyst for several ministries and lay apostolates. One of Pat’s callings is helping Catholic CEO’s live out their Catholic faith in the marketplace. Responding to this call, in 2010 Patrick and Andrea founded the Pittsburgh Chapter of Legatus, an organization that helps Catholic CEO’s learn and live their faith.

In 2015 Pat was inspired by the writings of St. John Paul II in Pastores Dabo Vobis section 43 on Human Formation. He then started helping Catholic pastors and their lay leaders improve leadership and team effectiveness in context of Human Formation. In 2017, Pat teamed up with Craig Cozza to create the Human Formation Coalition (HFC), an ecumenical 501c3 that awakens a robust understanding of the integration of all four pillars of formation (Human, Spiritual, Intellectual, Pastoral-Vocational) within leadership development contexts, but with a special emphasis on Human Formation.

Since 2017 HFC has catalyzed Human Formation coaching and learning opportunities for hundreds of clergy, dozens of seminarians, and thousands of lay leaders globally. Furthermore, HFC has trained hundreds of Human Formation coaches globally.  Beginning in 2021 Pat more actively catalyzed Christian leaders into a robust vision of leadership which included the planning of a Leadership Retreat for the Franciscan University President’s Council.  In 2022 Pat was inducted into the Leadership Institute Advisory Board at Franciscan University. Patrick has also been invited to guest lecture at Benedictine College.

As a trained Executive Coach and Life Coach, in 2023 Pat launched 2080 Coaching for Organizational Excellence which helps C-Suite marketplace Christian and non-Christian leaders by unlocking human potential inside their organizations through validated scientific tools, coaching, and Gallup® research.

Craig Cozza

Co-Founder, MCR

Craig Cozza's zeal for living out his Catholic faith began on an Emmaus Retreat. Eventually, his path crossed with Pat Molyneaux, a fellow entrepreneur and leader living a life of mission. Craig and Pat felt a mutual call to journey together and seek out a way to strengthen and build up the body of Christ. After years of research, prayer and discernment of various resources, they sensed that a combination of coaching and assessments could identify and enrich an individual's talent DNA, leadership, and ministry capacities to enriched human formation. Following personal experiences of significant growth in self- and other-awareness through coaching, Craig and Pat sought to make the same opportunities accessible to individuals: activation by unlocking self-knowledge, latent talent, and generating clarity around the mission they're called to.

Coaching is a life-long love of Craig’s, experiencing it throughout his childhood as an athlete, an athletic coach for many championship winning teams, a leader in his businesses, and again as a recipient of rigorous cycling coaching to maximize his performance and become a two-time Cyclocross National Champion. With a shared appreciation for the power of coaching, living life with excellence and authenticity, and living on mission, Craig and Pat felt called to cofound the Human Formation Coalition; it was a clear opportunity to make a great impact in the world and the Church. Craig is also the founder of Cozza Enterprises, Probike + Run, Cadence Clubhouse, and All American Field House.

Craig is passionate about his life, family, and businesses being on mission, building community, cycling, coaching volleyball, and helping others integrate their mind, body and spirit to be the best versions of themselves. Driven by his love for sports, building community, and the desire to bless the next generation, Craig founded the All American Field House and Pro Sports, two team-focused sports centers that served 1+ million youth last year and combined will serve 2+ million youth each year going forward. The Human Formation Coalition coaches and trains people to continue the work of integrating the mind, body, and soul to help individuals, teams and communities live on mission and fulfill their potential.
