What is the Level 1 Certificate of Completion?
Level 1 Certificate of Completion recognizes your commitment to faithfully carrying out all the requirements of the course and obtaining a basic level of experience through practice.

Certificate of Completion
Attend 8 of 10 training sessions live (minimum)
Watch playbacks for any sessions missed
Complete all homework feedback forms
Submit them to provided homework submission folder and share a copy with your practice partner(s)
Coach one new client (not a peer from training) through her/his Full 34 Assessment (this entails Top 10 and Bottom 5 Talent coaching)
Have your client complete a Client Feedback Form
Submit a client feedback form to your instructor by Session 10
After Session 10, email your instructors to verify your status and receive your Certificate of Completion
Upon earning the Level 1 Certificate of Completion, you are then eligible to obtain the Level 2 Accompaniment Coach Certification (details below).
What is the Level 2 Accompaniment Coach Certificate?
Level 2 Accompaniment Coach Certification recognizes you as a participant that successfully completed the training and went on to refine your coaching skills with a minimum of 4 clients and 20+ hours of coaching time. Level 2 certification challenges you to become proficient in coaching clients through the CliftonStrengths Full 34 Assessment and Top 5 Insight Guide.

Accompaniment Coach Certification
Meet all the requirements for Certificate of Completion (above) for the training course in addition to the below items. Additional benefits beyond experience:
A PDF certificate will be emailed to you
Your name will be added to HFC’s website as a certified coach (note this does not include a full biography)
HFC Certified Accompaniment Coach badge to elevate your professional profile
20+ hours of documented client coaching (4+ clients):
Top 5 Assessment: 1 client minimum
Purpose: To experience how to coach a client through the Insight Guide
Full 34 Assessment: 3 clients minimum
Purpose: To practice coaching clients through their Top 10 and Bottom 5 Talents
Submit the following items within 6 months of the first mentoring session:
Four Client Feedback Forms (at least one form per client, after you have coached them through their CliftonStrengths assessment)
Four Self-Evaluation Forms (at least one form per client, after you have coached them through their CliftonStrengths assessment)
One client log spreadsheet documenting all client sessions (to be provided)
