One-on-One & Small Group Coach Mentoring
dates to be determined with participants
HFC offers coach mentoring of coaches we have previously trained. The sessions can be one-on-one or in small groups of 6 or less. This is a great opportunity to elevate your coaching skills and get practical feedback from an experienced coach. The seasoned coach will answer your questions, resource you with relevant content (articles, videos, etc.), debrief your prior coaching sessions, and help you prepare for upcoming coaching sessions. Effective mentoring elevates coaching skill. Some coaches in this training have asked their mentor to sit in on an actual coaching session as an observer.

Certification: Accompaniment Coach
Accompaniment Coach Certification
If you greatly benefited from the APEST™ & CliftonStrengths® Accompaniment Training, and sense a call to master the practice of the skills acquired in Accompaniment Training, consider the Accompaniment Coach Certification. By pursuing this certification issued by the Human Formation Coalition, you will take everything you learned in training and master it through a series of practice sessions with clients you recruit, receive their feedback via a single page form, then meet with a mentor coach between practice sessions to review your clients’ feedback, have your questions answered, and resolve concrete action steps for you to grow as a coach between sessions.
What is the cost for certification? The cost of your certification depends on the rate established between you and the HFC Certified Mentor Coach of your choosing. The only prerequisite to the certification process is successful completion of the APEST™ & CliftonStrengths® Accompaniment Training and all homework exercises.
Why get certified? The certification process solidifies the coaching accompaniment skills you developed through training. Coaching is an art that requires the embodiment of a skillset, a mindset, and facilitation of a process that cultivates awareness and growth in your client. The oversight and feedback provided by a Mentor Coach ensures your coaching knowledge becomes a coaching disposition, and this is best accomplished through the mentorship of an experienced coach.
