About Drew McCaffrey 

Drew McCaffrey is the founder of The Cincinnatus Group, LLC, where he serves Catholic and mission-driven organizations as a Fractional Visionary and EOS® Implementer. A native of West Chester, Pennsylvania, Drew now lives in Greensburg, PA, with his wife, Amy, and their three children. He is an active member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral Parish. 

His professional life is marked by faithful leadership, disciplined execution, and a conviction that well-led organizations can be powerful instruments for good.
