Our seasoned coaches have had lots of experiences and can handle just about anything that comes their way. They have dedicated years to helping others to better understand who God is calling them to be. We will start the discussion with tips and lessons learned from our panel and follow up with your questions that you may have about your own experiences. Join us for this one-hour discussion on being a better coach so that you can help others be better themselves.

Sharon Bogusz

Ms. Sharon A. Bogusz is a Coach and Director of Operations for the Human Formation Coalition, LeadersCoach Consultant & Pastoral Associate for Evangelization at Saint Vincent Basilica Parish, Latrobe.

 

Fr. Lou Vallone

Fr. Lou Vallone was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 1973. Since his ordination, Fr. Lou has shepherded the faith communities of nine different parishes --six of them as pastor. His pastoral experience has included ministry to a diverse range of cultural and socio-economical faith communities as well as the successful merger of seven parishes. Fr. Lou is a founding member of the Bishops Latin School seminary, a Jesuit high school located in the heart of Pittsburgh. Completing his undergraduate studies at Duquesne University, Fr. Lou has also done graduate work at St. Meinrad Seminary, Indiana University in Bloomington and St. Paul in Ottawa. Now retired as a Pastor and Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University, he spends his time as a Charter Member and Master Coach for the Human Formation Coalition and gives retreats, days of recollections and missions for clergy and parishes, as well as consulting and lecturing in Canon Law as an Advocate.

Terry Timm

Terry Timm is a local church pastor, StrengthsFinder practitioner, certified MCORE coach and Enneagram teacher. He has completed a year-long apprenticeship program with master Enneagram teacher, Suzanne Stabile, author of “The Road Back to You.” Terry’s background in the fields of music, education, theology and leadership fuels his passion of helping people become everything God intended, created, redeemed and gifted them to be. His book, “A Movable Feast: Worship for the Other Six Days” empowers people toward a life of worship in the places they live learn, work, serve and play.
