Human Formation Coaching™

APEST™ and StrengthsFinder® Coach Training - Online Cohort 2

A cohort learning experience about how to use the APEST and StrengthsFinder assessments to coach others so they can more effectively fulfill God’s calling on their lives.

The primary focus of this workshop is on practicing and sharpening coaching skills. It consists of six 90 minute learning intensives delivered via webinar over six consecutive weeks. The size of the cohort will be 4 to 9 participants.

Dates: June 13th, 20th, 27th, July 11th, July 18th, July 25th 2019. Sessions run from 7 PM to 8:30 PM. 

 

COHORT Participant RequirementS

  • Receive Top 5 and Bottom 5 StrengthsFinder assessment personal coaching prior to workshop (typically two separate one hour sessions).

  • Read the Gallup book “Living Your Strengths” (Catholic Edition) chapters 1-3 and 6.

  • Important Pre-Requisite: Participants must have a strong commitment to personally coach others to understand their APEST and StrengthsFinder assessment results in the context of Human Formation

  • Bring your APEST and “Full 34” StrengthsFinder reports to your first Learning Intensive. Please use the Alan Hirsch APEST™ Assessment which can be found here: http://www.theforgottenways.org/what-is-apest.aspx

  • Credentialing Process and Next Steps

Cost is $1,000 per person. Limited Scholarships are available. The cost includes 2 complimentary hours of coaching prior to the first Learning Intensive, and complimentary participation Practicum Check-Ins during the 90 days after the Sixth and final Learning Intensive. Practicum check-ins allow a seasoned coach to advise and mentor the cohort of participants as they personally lean into their own strengths and practice coach others.  


Linda Kricher, Ph.D., Facilitator 

Linda Kricher is the President of Kricher Consulting Group, a firm that helps organizations maximize their Human Resources to achieve extraordinary Organizational Effectiveness.  As Vice President of Human Resources for McKesson, Inc., Linda led a team of 60 HR professionals to provide HR services for over 5000 employees, including the implementation of Organization and Leadership Development initiatives.  Linda is an extraordinary coach with extensive experience in both Executive Coaching and faith-based Human Formation coaching.  She is also a DDI Master Trainer. Her clients have included Coca-Cola, AT&T, BASF, Ernst & Young, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the University of Pittsburgh Accelerated MBA Program.  Linda earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Development from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from Regent University. 

Sharon Bogusz, Co-Facilitator

Sharon serves as the Pastoral Associate at Saint Vincent Basilica Parish and as Coach, Trainer and Director of Operations for the Human Formation Coalition.  With over twenty-five years of successful and innovative Church leadership experience Sharon excels at unleashing the innate talents and unique design of faith based leaders. Through the use of coaching techniques, assessment tools and spiritual accompaniment Sharon mentors and resources leaders for discipleship.   Her relational and strategic leadership styles equip her in building trust through “honest but charitable communication.”  Sharon’s pastoral ministry and leadership training is extensive and includes masters level studies in Religious Education from Duquesne University and Liturgical Studies, St. John’s University, Collegeville, MN.   Most recently Sharon’s study includes Doctor of Ministry work at the Catholic University of America, Washington, DC focusing in Leadership Development, Evangelization and Adult Spiritual Formation.
