Asking effective questions that lead them to make new connections and see how the different tools tie together to reflect more of the whole is valuable for the client to appropriate the learnings and apply them.

Mimika Garesche, Missionary Discipleship Coach, is the Director of Spiritual Formation for Pastoral Leadership at Diocese of Pittsburgh. Her previous positions include Campus Minister at Saint Vincent College and Associate Director of Human Formation at Saint Vincent Archabbey & Seminary. Mimika has worked with Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi. She is a graduate of Creighton University and Colorado College.
