2080 Whole Person Leadership Coaching™

2080 Whole Person Leadership Coaching™ is a coaching methodology centered around human flourishing, composed of four elements. We believe that 20% of the input yields 80% of the impact when we focus on these four areas:

Self-Coaching Archaeology™ – identifying and discerning Talents, Strengths and Gifts, as well as overcoming limiting beliefs and unproductive behaviors.

Ideals & Superhabits – integrating aspirational virtues into leadership by establishing ideals (according to Treatise of the Virtues by Thomas Aquinas and also the work of Dr. Andrew Abela on Superhabits).

Callings & Vision – cultivating one's calling within context of their state-in-life calling. This element of calling is discovering God's agenda for the leader as it relates to work, service, and meaningful leisure, within the various stages of life.

Self-Coaching Architecture™ – establishing forward movement towards goals and vision (accomplished through the Coach Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, and OptimalWork).

The outcome of this coaching journey is to help a leader develop self-awareness, God-awareness, self-mastery and then self-gift with well-discerned boundaries for the Glory of God. This is our definition of human flourishing in leadership contexts.

Testimonies

All church leadership flows from a gift of self. That self needs to be understood and accepted thoroughly with its gifts and limits for an ordained man to give the gift freely. This coaching helps me know myself in order to better give myself for the sake of the Church.

~ Fr. Ryan Mann, Pastor of St. Basil the Great

The Whole Person Leadership Coaching program has been an eye opener. It provides a framework for putting disparate pieces of information about yourself together in a manner that helps you to see the big picture. The process and coaching have been invaluable to help build a vision for the future that fits with my unique talents and motivations.

~ Jason Clark, Director of Engineering

“The HFC approach to leadership formation reverences the Catholic anthropological approach that grace perfects nature. The training I received from the HFC has helped me appreciate my God-given gifts from the best of what our faith and the human sciences have to offer. The HFC has filled a gap of leadership formation that I did not receive in my seminary formation and has helped me identify where sources of frustration come from and has given me more permission to lean into my strengths and charisms.”

~ Rev. Kevin McQuone, Director of Propaedeutic Formation at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary

“HFC’s Whole Person Leadership Coaching is developing us into leaders that remain focused on what OUR vision is. This has allowed us to be more effective with our team and has begun to unlock our full leadership potential.”
