The Power of Achievement Stories for Effective Coaching

April 25, 2019,  Noon - 1PM  -- Free

In this webinar Joshua Miller will discuss the many positive impacts of beginning the coaching relationship with client achievement stories.

This simple but profound exercise quickly builds rapport, deepens client self-awareness, affirms the unique identity of the client, and serves as a means for integrating the insights of various assessments including MCORE, StrengthsFinder, and APEST.

The webinar will involve presentation, a demonstration of achievement story interviewing, and robust Q & A.  Participants will be able to leave the session with practical tools to bring achievement story interviewing into their own coaching practices.

There is no charge for this webinar.
