Course overview

This 3 day, hands-on, in person or virtual mentoring program includes coaching through your unique Gallup Top 5 Strengths Finder and Holland Vocational Type assessments. Learn how in understanding your Strengths, you can learn what you’re great at, embrace your talents, and be the best version of yourself. Students will leave with an understanding of their own uniqueness and how they can use their Strengths to be a better student and leader. In addition, they will be well prepared to understand which fields and careers may be best suited to them.

In this program, you will work with a Teen Leadership Coach to create a Personalized Strengths-Based Leadership Plan. Built from a foundation of your unique Strengths, this plan will help you in Academics, How you Study, Class Selection, Relationships, Extra-Curricular activities, and Career interests.

Many students are uncertain about which classes to take, which college is right for them, which career or major to choose. This program will help students understand a clear path for themselves by understanding who they are and how they were uniquely made.
